Garsington Opera
Every summer, Garsington Opera gives performances of great artistic quality in its spectacular Opera Pavilion, set within the extraordinary natural beauty of the Chiltern Hills. The Festival presents a programme of four operas each year during a seven-week summer period featuring both its world-class partner orchestras, the Philharmonia and The English Concert. Attracting high-profile performers, the Garsington experience combines artistic excellence with a warm welcome and excellent dining to create a very special experience for all. The Tara Getty Foundation supported Garsington Operaβs award-winning learning & participation programme which engages people of all ages and backgrounds in opera, offering workshops and performance opportunities to local state schools and to young people and adults across Buckinghamshire and internationally. Every year thousands of people take part, developing skills and enhancing creativity and well-being for people with little or no other access to the arts.
Goodwood Arts Foundation
Goodwood Art Foundation will open in Spring 2025, it will place important works of contemporary art in a stunning natural environment while also delivering a powerful education programme. It aims to build on the Goodwood Estateβs long history of supporting art and delivering world-class visitor experiences, it will showcase the work of the very best international artists and curators. Its intention is to build a legacy of culture, wellness and learning long into the future. It will focus on the three pillars of Art, Environment and Education.
